As stated on Monday, we have been monitoring the Covid-19 situation closely and although we were hoping for business as usual, we have now decided to temporarily close up the shopfloor, following the latest Government advice. That being said, some of the Proline team are working remotely and are contactable via our main email address.
As of 5pm this evening, both the office and factory will be closed and all orders will be put on hold until the government advises otherwise.
This is not a decision we have taken lightly, but we are enforcing this measure to keep our employees and customers safe and reduce the risk of spreading the virus within the working environment.
For the time being, Proline staff will be self-isolating and our skeleton staff will be working from home, this means customers can still retrieve quotes and drawings as normal.
As previously mentioned, we will continue to oversee the circumstances and Proline will post an update as soon as we can reopen fully to the public.
The Proline team cannot wait to get back to it and we are looking forward to commencing trade as soon as possible.
We will, of course, continue to support our customers as best we can in the weeks ahead and from everyone at Proline, we would like to say thank you for your ongoing support.
